"Shawna has helped resolved so many things that I either didn't know were issues or I attributed to getting older (I'm 34). - I can now bend over with ease (my left erector was turned off for I don't know how many years). - I can now get up from lying on my back without pain in my low back. - I can get up from a sunken in couch without feeling stiff. - My hips are much more stable (due to resolved ligament issues and many muscle imbalances) - My back is no longer getting tight at night (she helped find the tight jaw dysfunction there and I used this to realize I needed to start wearing my night guard again.
