"A fine place to receive personalized health care in an expeditious manner. Services are reasonably priced, the care is outstanding and you never feel like a number in a crowded waiting room. The prescriptions that they stock are quite reasonably priced. The doctors will stick with you as long as it takes to figure out your particular ailment. Color me more than pleased with these folks."
"I have been incredibly lucky to have a doctor that finally listens and is actually helping me get to the bottom of my chronic pain and fatigue issues. Dr. Smith has been my doctor for two years and I couldn't recommend him or this practice more."
"Dr Troy is the best Dr I have ever had.! She truly cares and she takes the time to get to know her patients by asking the right health questions in order to find out exactly what the right course of treatment she needs to take with each individual. I totally trust her with all my health needs."
"I had another direct care provider that I was with for several years prior to going to Equality. Although I loved the physician at that location, they, eventually, became too 'big', with too many patients, and it seemed that they were 'shuffling' people through their system like they do with any regular clinic. I received, from that point, very inadequate care. I was left with a life threatening illness that was not treated for months due to typical time constraints, and finally had enough when one nurse told me 'No one gets to Dr. ***** without going through me first!'. I stopped going there, and shopped around for another provider, as I have no health insurance, and eventually stumbled upon Equality. I chose Dr. Troy as my GP, and I could not be happier with that decision. For the monthly fee, I have access to Dr. Troy, low cost prescriptions, deeply discounted testing, and minor in-office procedures that are included in my monthly plan. I've been very happy with this clinic, having been a patient there for around three years now, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!"
"I believe this is the best form of health care today. It is sooo much more personal, with a lot more focus on us individually as patients. No feeling like the doctors need to rush out and get to the next patient. There is no comparing a visit to this office to the typical health clinic. Usually get in immediately... and how many doctors do you know that answer their own office phone? Just knowing I can go in any time and as often as I need and not have to pay a copay is great! And....what I save on one inexpensive med pays a good portion on my monthly fee. I highly recommend this form of primary doctor care. The two doctors my family visits, Dr Troy and Dr Chambers, are excellent caretakers."
