Reviews
"The night staff was completely disrespectful and beyond rude. The male working was instigating and antagonizing me during a very difficult time in my life. I reported the behavior by the staff and they are probably on the clock right now. I don't know how to stop this from happening to someone.c"
"Great place. I was sick alchohol detoxing in the hospital and got transferred here. I only stayed a day for personal reasons but the staff was kind and helpful, they made sure everything was taken care of and I felt safe the entire time."
"I've been going to Burrell for six years, i had no problems until my favorite therapist retired. they put me with a woman named Margret, i requested a different therapist and landed with bailey pile. everything was going fine, i liked the treatment options and the safety plans. The pandemic happened and now it is virtually impossible for patients that were at Burrell before the pandemic to even get an appointment. Yeah the pandemic caused everyone problems but now they throw aside the mentally ill who were affected by the pandemic the most? Seems like a backwards system to me. Hire more staff or something good god."
"Very unprofessional phone etiquette by staff. Process toke way longer than it needed to. Chris was very thorough and helpful. Food was good. The make decisions who gets further help based on personality."
"The people who work here saved my life. I am so grateful for the foundation they provided for my recovery. If you have a loved one struggling with addiction they can help."
