"I had my first microneedling session with Taylor. She explained the process and after-care in great detail before starting. The procedure was for the most part painless (thanks to the numbing cream) but she still checked in with me every so often. She gave her recommendations on frequency of sessions but was never pushy. Their office aesthetic made me feel expensive but is very comfortable. My interactions with Taylor and her staff were all pleasant. Originally, I had signed up for a procedure I knew nothing about, but they were very flexible and helpful in setting something else in place of it. Tip: Enter behind the building Google maps directs you to. Their office is in an executive office building, there are multiple business running inside of it, so there isn’t a sign on any of the outside doors because they share the entrance with multiple businesses. Once inside it was very easy to find."
