I had travelled from Australia in town for the Beyoncé concert, and she went above and beyond ensuring to ask the right questions, offering alternatives to out of stock items and checking up on me as I browsed. She was so well-spoken, I have worked internationally with Sephora/LVMH for nearly 7 years and think she is a great representation of our company. I wish I got the names of the other staff members (it was the 29th of sept at noon) but they were all fantastic. Would highly recommend ."
