"We just went to this location after having avoided it for several months, due to sullen and hostile staff. However, today was a completely different experience. The new assistant manager there named Shar completely turned around my opinion of the store. Shar was extremely helpful, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Shar provided such an outstanding customer experience today that I hope whoever oversees this store understands what a gem they have in her. "Every time I come to this location there is only one person who greets me if I get that! Most of the staff don't even acknowledge me. I asked for mahogany Vanilla in a 3-wick and the employee told me BBW doesn't make it in a 3-wick. I found that odd because I have one sitting on my nightstand. Unfortunately, this is the easiest location to get to. Makes me just want to order online and wait for a few days for my candles."
