"This place has always had a toxic atmosphere but it's just continuing to get worse. Every employee is rude and unhelpful. They dont even know their own return policy (says on the wall 60 days for unopened products, 7 days for opened products) and they love to power trip and tell you no for no reason and they get away with it because they know people need their products to do their jobs. "No we dont carry that sorry" (no mention of ordering), "no you cant return that its been over 7 days"(but the product is unopened) etc. They never have the products i want on the shelf anymore and ordering is SLOW and UNRELIABLE so what is even the point of this place being open anymore? I'm so done."

"Helpful girls at the counter and when I am in a hurry, they are really speedy to help me get back to work quickly. Also good sales on products occasionally."

"Bought a new product they suggested I buy. Hated it and took it back to get my normal product I use. Used it twice. They won't take anything back if it's open. Now I'm stuck with a product I will never use. BAD business. I will be going elsewhere."

"The owner of this place had the nerve to not honor the warranty of a faulty product be sold to my wife for her salon. This is the second time this particular product has corroded in under a year. The product is under warranty with the manufacturer for one year. He also has the nerve to get in to a confrontation with my wife telling her he doesn't believe it is the product he sold to us that is the problem even though two plumbers we have paid say it is and he hasn't even seen it. Great customer service."
