"Great place if you want to feel like a transaction. They definitely fit the bill for the doctor trying to earn commissions by pushing more [expensive] medications to line their pocketbook. So if want a place where the Dr doesn't care about you. Here is the place. Also you have to wait 30 minutes before you're seen even though you have an appointment at the certain time. So they don't value your time just your money."

"The nurse practitioner is totally incompetent! He was going to prescribe me Amoxicillin for an ear infection after I had just told him I finished a round of Amoxicillin the day before. So he prescribed me Augmentin. I asked for prescription ear drops, he told me no. 10 days later I still had a raging ear infection. Went back & asked to see Dr Barnes specifically. I left with three prescriptions. Bactrim, ciprofloxacin antibiotic ear drops, and a steriod. Don't waste your time or money if you have to see the nurse practitioner. He is a joke!!!"

"refused to see my husband for being 5 minutes late(he had to grab our 3 year old who he had with him) when he asked to reschedule they said we would have to put another 100$ deposit down. they absolutely did not say anything about the deposit being nonrefundable if we were late nor did they mention that it would be a particular issue at all. I understand that they need things to be done in a timely manner but these policies are absolutely ridiculous. they could have been kind and helpful, but they chose to be jerks. there's no reason to be a jerk"

"Dr Barnes is great. How ever his staff not so much. I received a call about owing 35 dollars. It was my understanding that they were contacting insurance for a possible error as I had paid my copay at the time of my visit: the woman on the phone was shouting and extremely rude about 35 dollars. I tried to ask if the had contacted the insurance and gotten it fixed. She however kept talking over and would not let me speak. I asked her to calm down and de-escalate instead of shouting. She had no interest in listening to reason. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or just has bad manners. I told her if 35 dollars was a reason to have such a nasty attitude I would pay it but wished to be removed as a patient. It’s unfortunate because dr Barnes has always been great but this woman has no business dealing with the public. Rude rude rude."
