"I arrived at my appointment early as the site recommended but she was not there. The door was locked and she did not respond to phone calls or messaging. She then called me back 15 minutes after my appointment time informing me that I wasn't there when she arrived late and that I would be charged the missed appointment fee. When I said I had been there and waiting she said, 'it doesn't matter.' Incredibly unprofessional."

"This was only my second waxing experience and I wasn’t overly impressed. Nice girl, but there were a lot of spots missed which was disappointing. I didn’t notice until I got home, which is my bad, I should have checked as soon as we were done. My appointment got moved and then started late. Could have been an off day though. The room she uses was very clean and big and so cute! You could tell that she was taking the sanitizing seriously. I also wasn’t a huge fan of the different waxes she used because it ended up irritating my skin."
