"Literally first time going in had a set appointment personally watched as other people went before my husband on an appointment we came to..NOT ONLY 10 minutes early the appointment we set with the hairstylist for 12pm. Well we just left at 1220pm because we were literally there waiting like ducklings waiting for their mom to return home. We were upset because we came to really show love and heard nothing but great things about the barber but clearly we were not a priority today. I know for a fact I won’t come back again. You don’t pick and choose who comes first in this business when you make an appointment with a customer you should give the same respect they gave to you on the set appointment! We were on time friendly understanding and patient. We expected the same respect and consideration as we gave the barber. But sadly didn’t receive it."

"Had to leave a message. Hair stylist finally called me back and was kind enough to work me in as my daughters wedding was in a few days for a grey growth coloring. Although I appreciate getting me in~ Upon getting hair styled day of wedding I was told several greys were still present. All I can suggest is if you are working someone in please do a thorough job."
