"Sold me two torches that do not work. They exchanged the first and told me to keep the receipt “just in case” the second did not work either. Returned with receipt and said they would not exchange and someone broke the rules last time. Fine glass city. You made $15 and lost a customer. It seems like you’re running out of customers for the lazy staff to be rude to."

"They don't help customers, the sell broken devices and the neglect to tell you the won't do refunds or exchanges until after you've purchased. I recently tried to buy a vape and all I ended up with was a 100$ paperweight and a head ache."

"Customer service is always A+ and Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. However, the 1-star review is because the environmental controls are not acceptable. As a customer, we shouldn't have to put up with being drenched in sweat to complete our purchase. For the employees, however, it's completely unacceptable, and I won't do business here until the air conditioning is fixed. If we lived in a more up to date world, the owner's would be facing a fine for treating their employees this way. If this doesn't get fixed ASAP, I am going to report the incident to the Springfield city business authority. This is completely unacceptable. Fixing your A/C is a cost of doing business. Deal with it. I will change this to a 5-star review on the condition that the A/C gets fixed quickly. Yes, owners, I'm talking directly to you. I'm not the only customer that feels this way. Changed to a 5-star because the issue was resolved."

"I’m going to start by saying how much I love glass city. The employees have always been the best to deal with, they’re knowledgeable, and seem to enjoy their job. Nothing but pleasant experiences. They deserve the 5 stars. That being said, I went in to browse today I’m hopes of finding a new piece for my collection, unfortunately, it was so hot in there the minute I walked in I started sweating. I couldn’t browse because it was too hot which means you (the owner) lost my money. I could understand a day or two, but when I found out how long this has been going on, I was appalled. Forget the fact that the customers are suffering, your employees deserve better. I’m so disappointed by this. I really hope that you (the owner) actually take the time to do something for your business or you won’t have one left"
