"The salon is nice, but I miss fun Tan, it ran so much more smoothly. The wait time is forever at times, beds are never cleaned. They spend an hour checking people in instead of cleaning a bed for someone already checked in. The prices are a lot higher then Fun Tan and the lotions are outrageously high. Staff is friendly, but need more training and they need more help. They took 2 back drafts out that they weren’t suppose to and I have waited over a month for a refund, Still nothing and customer service to call is a joke, it takes at least 30 mins to an hour. On a plus side the beds are very nice and top of the line. You better just have some time on your hand!!"
