"I bought coils in this shop only to find out they were the wrong ones. I took then back and they said there was nothing they can do. He tried to say noone refunds money on coils. I told him I have never had any problems with that at Ohmies. I responded by saying he's just going to steal my 22.00 dollars. He said no he wasn't then I suggested giving my money back or replace them. He insists their company doesn't refund on them. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this place if you don't want your money stolen from you."

"The guy in this store was not helpful at all. He kept saying he was the manager and couldn't do anything about our situation. My daughter bought coils that were wrong. She didn't open them and took them back. The girl there took the coils back and said she would order the right ones but never heard back. Even called and left messages. But no one would call back. So we went down there with the receipt. He said he couldn't do anything about it. No refund nor put the money towards another vape. Some manager!!! What a rip off!!! We went to to smoke store next to him, lit premium smoking supplies, and spent almost a 100 dollars. That guy in there was so nice and very helpful. So if you want good service, go to this store instead of glass city!!"
