"First off, I would like to applaud the receptionist. She was very sweet. Secondly, I would like to praise Dr. Beegle. It's easy to tell when someone cares when they talk to you, this doctor cares. She listens and actually wants to help me. She is humorous. I just started going here but I'm happy I found a good doctor; that isn't an easy task."
"Well we'll, we're do I start, 7 years ago, to this day, we are in checkmate , I love them tough, great people"
"OK so I was a patient of Dr beegle 6 years ago. I recently called to make an appointment, they wouldn't take my insurance or allow self pay. Thw receptionist wasn't rude, she however wasn't polite either. Which is sad. I don't want to go through the process of finding someone who works for me. Last time took me a year 3 talk therapists and 2 psychiatrists before I felt comfortable."
"Worse dr. I have ever been too. Took me off my medications that my regular Doctor had giving me for years and wouldn't renue my perscription which isn't a psyche med. She had me taking all kinds of different meds including one that cost me out of pocket $700.00 with my insurance card. I think she must work for the pharmacy company. Patients BEWARE!!"
"I went to see Dr. Beegle because I am new in town (moved here from Carson City NV 6 months ago) and I have been having a terribly rough time of it. I suffer from multiple health conditions, including a neurological disorder for which I had brain and spinal surgery; a rare connective tissue disease, an autoimmune disease, a yet undiagnosed ongoing bladder and pelvic pain problem of 14 years which causes terrible chronic pain. The doctor at AFC cut my opiates back which causes me to now be in debilitating pain and have to urinate every 10-15 minutes and pee in my pants and to not be able to go anywhere with my children. Prior to him doing that I urinated every 2 hours. Still not great but at least I could have a life. I was pushed to the limit and felt like lashing out either at myself or at the doctors in this State who seem to have no compassion. I sometimes feel like I can’t go on; but I have 3 children so I don’t have a choice. I made an appointment with Dr. Beegle..mainly for someone to talk to I mainly thought she was a therapist. She is actually a psychiatrist and was not set up to take my insurance but her office staff spent a great deal of time on the phone with my insurance jumping through hoops so she could see me right there and then, which she did. Even though she is a psychiatrist not a therapist she was very helpful and it was a quality appointment. She gave me good referrals. She also said that I’m probably experiencing culture shock on top of everything else since Missouri/the Midwest is so different from Nevada and California. I was born in Southern California in 1978 and moved to Nevada in 2011 and moved to Missouri 6 months ago. She is a very kind doctor, she told me if I needed medication to call and also explained something about Social Security Disability including SSI that I didn’t know. She said that when I hit 2 years I will have Medicare not Medicaid and will have access to more providers. I was never told that. I really appreciate that because no one has ever explained that to me. Her office is very cozy, homey, and warm. It doesn’t feel clinical at all. I like it when I can go into this type of an office and have a vibe where I feel safe. If I feel the need and if my insurance won’t pay I will find out what she charges and pay out of pocket."
