"I went in for an integrated massage and Sarah is wonderful! Very thoughtful on pressure and told me she would start at my shoulders. I asked for a little more work on my neck/shoulder area due to being so tight and I felt so great afterwards! Prices are great, the people are always so nice and they do awesome as well! I will say I was instantly relaxed when asked if I wanted a warm neck pillow with a glass of water when I got there. Just feels like heaven"

"I love Body Works. As an LMT, I need to get bodywork, and I love pampering myself! I come here because these girls know how to get me to relax and feel better. Most spas have a cookie cutter massage for all staff to do....but not here at Body Retreat! I like to get all kinds of therapy, but I usually go to Lauren Gutierrez for Deep Tissue. She is really good!!!!!"

"Nicole is my massage therapist at this place. I love her work, she does an amazing job every time I walk into the door to get a cupping massage! Nicole uses her cups for her massage with her hands, there are no machines attached to her cups, it is manual suctioning done by her. Nicole is very professional, she's kind, she's understanding, she will listen to you if you make it known to her that a cup is suctioned too tightly. Nicole is willing to learn what people have experienced after receiving a cupping massage. I explained to her different things that happened to me and she was eager to listen. She seen me cry a few tears during a massage and was kind to me while I was letting go of some pain I had held onto that created tension in my body. So once having the cupping massage done, I was able to relax and tension was released. I love Nicole and I will continue to be her client as long as she continues to work there!"

"I am posting here, because their site will not except my response to my experience. I came in, the girl at the desk was rude about my digital gift certificate. Like it was an inconvenience for her bacause it was on my phone. It is a digital gift certificate...... so. Then got sat in the room with the sign about being quiet. And the young girls from up front were going up and down the hall visiting laughing, without a care in the world that anyone else is there to relax. They we obscenely loud. I almost walked out, then the lady came to do my message. Durring my message all I could her was the same loud girls up front. Over the music in the room and through the walls. Worst experience I have ever had. I was so frustrated when I left. I will not be back. I usually come in and buy gift certificates regularly for fundraisers. And that is what I donate alot. I will not be back. That was completely miserable. I might as well been home with my kids and had my husband give me a message. At one time this was the place where you would be excited to get that silver package all wrapped up. I told my husband dont ever get me one there again. Ill give it away. Sad how far down hill it has gotten. I would say it is not what it once was and for sure I will not be back or get gifts for anyone else there either. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!"
