"Store employee today, February 8th, 2024, at 12 o'clock was rude, and if I could give a negative star, I would, one star was too generous. I also noticed that most negative reviews are from women, hmmmm....how interesting. I would not be surprised if most positive reviews, especially ones including their names, are generous because they are friends doing them favors and not reliable."

"I would not recommend this store to anyone. The outward appearance does not lie, and in this case, the feeling i got walking in the store was one of apprehension and turned to disgust as I left. Not because of how cluttered and dirty it is but the "manager," and he treated me. In short, I asked about a spare different device and interrupted him because instead of showing me different devices, he was explaining how mine works and how there's nothing wrong with it. Well, my bad, but i interrupted him to say i didn't need an explanation, I need a new device. Geez, how dare I interrupt him because then he was rude and argued with me, I finally used my loyalty points and got a device, but I will not give them by business again and according to the manager, who called me Karen as HE said I was banned from HIS store was calling the police and sayi g I am banned from the store. I didn't yell at him or threaten him, I actually apologized for interrupting when he told me how irritating i was, but that didn't matter... it escalated to that. This was truly a first for me. All I can say is, wow. To be fair, this was not typical. It isn't my go-to store, but my other visits have been ok, and the other stores have been great"

"The place was amazing, had everything that I needed. Chris really went above and beyond to help me out. Exlempary customer service."

"The inside is raggedy and needs new flooring, but great looking presentation on the shelves. The prices are a bit on the high side for disposables, but everything else is competitively priced. Chris was the most helpful and knowledgeable sales rep I’ve ever talked to in a vape shop. Guy knows his stuff and knows the products well too. If you don’t know exactly what you want, you need to come here and talk to Chris."

"They sell garbage that they won’t return after 1 week… My Vape pen stop working after 1 week and short white pudgy man wouldn’t return it. I repeat they sell garbage. I give them zero stars, but they won’t let me."
