"I’ll never take my kids here again. The people upfront and the nurses were kool but the doctor, Lucy Lot.. She was rude, she seemed to either be tired of her job or not really in the mood. A lot of unnecessary questions and comments. I was taught to respect my elders and I teach my kids the same so we didn’t say much but some older people like to take advantage of that. My kids said she was mean for no reason. The energy and vibes were not good. Mean woman, never ever again! No need to respond, it happened and it can’t be tooken back."
