"I would recommend to any new patient with a history of seizures to inquire about exclusion criteria before scheduling an appointment here. We drove 30 minutes both ways and filled out 30 minutes of paperwork (which wasn’t available online before coming to the appointment) to be denied services despite having had surgery here in the past with no changes in medical history. Exclusion criteria questions are something that could easily be included when scheduling an appointment whether online or over the phone. Truly disappointing considering this is one of the few places we could get dental care for our developmentally disabled child that requires sedation."
