"Saw a Dr at this office in July. They gave me a six month prescription and told me to call and make an appt when I was out. Called and somehow I was discharged from their system back in May. They advised that I walk in for a new client appt then to follow and actual dr visit. That process normally takes two weeks. I informed them I only had a week of this script left, and they said try a primary care Dr or the ER. Luckily I have a primary, but for those who don’t, the ER is your solution? How about we don’t lose or discharge people from the system who followed the instructions given by the prescribing DR. The other important thing to note, you will never get a call back from the nurse at the Higginsville location. In the past I was told to talk to her about medication question or refill questions. I’ve left her probably 5 voicemails in the 3 years I’ve gone here, and never once did I receive a call back."

"I’ve been trying to get a hold of a doctor to get a refill for my son but they only do that through appointments but our next appointment until January so which is several months away and he’s been out of prescription and I can’t get a hold of anybody so I can get him a refill. They keep putting me to voicemail voicemail to voicemail and I’ve been calling every single day for three weeks and not one response so I can get my sons refill. This is completely unprofessional and I highly recommend a new other place. when it comes to your children’s refills."

"I been going here for several months now and everyone is very friendly and they really listen to what I have to say. I lost my mom in jan 2023 and I was on a downward spiral mentally and Dr. Jeffery put me on meds and got the dose right to fit my needs. I really enjoy my time with Rosa Ciocca. I look forward to her visits most. My son went here and now my foster child goes here and we love everyone. They are straight to the point and don’t mess around and adjust meds as needed. I def recommend!"

We work to help people get connected with community resources, apply for assistance with LIHEAP, food stamps, Medicaid, etc. We are also there to support clients with depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.
