"Terrible service at the pharmacy called 5 different times waited on hold for 20 minutes each time and still never answered. Absolutely awful service. I would find a different pharmacy to use."

"They charge $109. for DOT physical. Then additional charges equaling $144. BP waa to high that day so had to go to my Dr. and bring back note as to why and if I'm ok. New vit supps did it. After a recheck they wabted $35. more dollars. Wasn't told about recharge, just said they'd recheck me and I'd be good to go. In other words... Watch out. Rhet separate their charges and deceive you. Cost me DOUBLE that would have cost ANYWHERE else!.............They are money hungry and deceptive."

"I cancelled an appointment with an actual doctor's office in town when I was told by the minuteclinic representative on the phone that a minuteclinic visit would be $40 cheaper, only $89. After the appointment I was told that the visit, with a Nurse Practitioner (not a doctor) was $129. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get minuteclinic to honor the price I was told on the phone. Never mind that the treatment recommendation was typical of Urgent Care facilities ("take these antibiotics"), the customer service is non-existent. Every one is "sorry" but no one is interested in doing what's right."

"I've taken my kids here on 2 separate occasions (for strep tests). BOTH times have been horrible experiences. I should have learned the first time. The website said they were open until 5:30 the first time....I arrived at 5:05. The Nurse Practitioner was on her way out the door and had decided to close early. My poor daughter was miserable and a strep test would have taken 5 min, but she said no she'd already shut the computer off. I once again tried them today. The lunch period is supposed to be from 1:00-1:30. I arrived at 12:45. The same lady decided to go to lunch early and now I have to wait 45 min for her to return. Never again will I go there."
