"BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They need to learn how to respect the parent and or grandparent bringing in there precious gift from God ! Some of us as grandparents may know more about the child then you Doctor in this office !! It doesn't hurt to listen to us ! You may have save my grandsons life if you would have !!! I had him in to your office for his shots and I tried telling two different Doctor's two different times a women doctor first time a man doctor the second time! Well the second time I tried telling them he had a upper respiratory infection again and said it 2 or 3 time's to be ignored again ! MY Grandson Passed away 3 days later and it was found HE HAD A UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTION !!!!!!!!!You Shouldn't Have A Lic It should be taken from you all"

"The entire team are absolutely wonderful. We have been with Dr. Lowry since my oldest was born and followed him to this practice and that was 11 years ago. We now bring all 4 of our kids and still receive great care every time."

"Make sure you get correct info from the receptions. Not very knowledgable . Called to make an appt. Verified with her that if my insurance was part of there plan. It was verified? When I arrived for appt, did not get good vibes. Asked again if they take my insurance, they said yes. Then I asked are you sure.? She basically said it’s not my job to check it’s yours .. I checked myself with insurance, Nope did not take them. Good thing my kiddo was not that sick. She was clueless….actually she acted like she didn’t care. Not a good atmosphere. Never been to a clinic and don’t know what insurance they take or not"

"This place gets 0 stars from me it is horrible. Please do not bring your children here. I had to switch my baby to this office because it was the only place who accepted his insurance. The nurses are awesome but the doctor does not care about these children. Everytime I bring my child for anything I am rushed out without them even carefully evaluating my child. What really put the icing on the cake, I came in to have my 11 month baby seen because he had a fever between 101-104 that just would not go down. He wasn’t eating or drinking and he hadn’t had any wet diapers. He had been sick since the night before and I was really worried for him. I came here and they didn’t test him for anything knowing it is rsv and flu season he listened to my babies lungs and told me it was a regular cold and to wait a few days and to come back if he’s not better, keep in mind the doctor didn’t even address the fact that the baby was not eating or drinking. Didnt give me any advice on how to get him hydrated since he wasn’t using the bathroom as he needed to. The most he said was to give him more medicine. I left and went home and my baby was miserable and definitely not getting better so I took him to children’s mercy and they took very good care of him and we found out he actually has the flu. I can’t even imagine what would have happened if I let my babies fever go on for days. Thank you God for children’s mercy. I will no longer be using this clinic any more"

"Dr. Lowry and his staff are wonderful people. Kind, supportive, great with the kiddos, and professional. Although at first blush, Dr. Lowry's bedside manner might seem distant, I could really tell that he actually cares very deeply about his patients. I felt that my daughter was always in good hands under his care, and I will take her back to Platte County Pediatrics if I move back to the area. I highly recommend this practice. They accept all insurances to include medicaid, and accommodate for alternative vaccination schedules (for example, if you are like me and prefer to spread the vaccinations out over a couple of weeks)."
