"The room had mold for the year and a half we lived here, the racetrack thing was right outside our windows and even closing the blinds wouldn't work, also sorry for putting that big hole in one of the walls on the second floor, we stayed there"

"It's great when it comes to the- staff managers who help run the place! They're good people with -me! And they're kind and very- helpful! Because I'm a good tenant!- from day one! But there is a problem!- too many roaches!- it's so infested! With them of all sizes- except water bugs! And bedbugs too!-and the neighbors- are terrible! Very nosy!! But other than that! It's alright- until you can do better!!"

"Lived here a year. Owner took over and it went downhill for customer service. Everything is all about the money. He has knowingly placed at least one family in a room with bedbugs. Every room gets treated for bugs upon moving out. And every room is getting upgraded as people move out. Long term residents get harassed. There are rules to the place with eviction being the cost of breaking. Drugs and violence are obviously on the list, as is no child is allowed to be outside their room without an adult. These are NOT being corrected. This place is decent forthe money if you have a job. They also allow large dogs, which most every other place in town does not"

"If we could leave negative stars we would. My mother checked in Sept. 14th around pm. Checked out Fri Sept 15th about 930 am. She has thousands of bites on her. We found bed bugs, fleas, cockroaches, mites and another bug we didn't even know what it was. She had prepaid for 1 week. They refunded all but the night she stayed. Owner and staff laughed about the issue. Said they had just sprayed and thats why they were so bad. There are people living there with their children, elderly, and our Veterans! They deserve better than this! Absolutely disgusted. Environmental Services was notified today."

"Bedbugs bedbugs bedbugs!!!!! We were moved three different times in a week! Good luck getting staff to do anything. These rooms are stinky and filthy! Each room we were forced to stay in.. yes forced denied a refund and the number of the owner! Drugs and shady, hateful people! I am covered head to toe in big whelps from bed bug bites as I write this! Went to e.r twice. Even showed manager the discharge paperwork stating I had bedbug bites! Beware of This place!!!!!!!!!!"
