"My son is suppose to weekly see a case manager, and she hasn't seen him in about a month, if not longer. I have called and left voicemails with her supervisor, and called this morning Tuesday, November 21st, 2023, and to my surprise.....no phone call back. This is ridiculous!! I DETEST THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION!!"

"This place is a joke. I figured after 25 years things would change so I signed my daughter up for services. The therapist can only see her maybe 1 time every 4-6 weeks. The social worker just tells you to call the hot line. 90% of the time the hot line is on a busy signal and then when they have you come in for a crisis you have to wait hours to be seen. After a year you would think that they would have worked on the behavioral issues but things are actually getting worse. They don't communicate with the parents and I will we switching places for treatment. If you are wanting guidance with a child DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. they are also fast to hospitalize the child switch there meds in the hospital and then put them right back on the meds that are not working once discharged. Constantly cancel appointments and are just a waste of time. I wish I could give 0 stars."

"Horrible, horrible place! If there is an option B take that in consideration! The therapist are boring, and it seems like half of them just started today. I’ve waited as long as 40 minutes before seeing anybody and the whole building smells like feet. Highly DO NOT recommend!"
