"Every ER in the country has a wait. You can’t expect to walk in and be see right away. So walking in, I expected the wait. Even still, they let us know that it would be a bit and even came out to check on us occasionally. Once in the back, they were super sweet and helpful. Every one of them. They went above and beyond what we are used to back home and made sure to check everything so we didn’t leave with new issues. What was even better was that they gave my son the first dose of his medication in the ER so that he didn’t have to wait until the next morning to start it. So appreciative of the staff here."

"Doctors are fine, billing is absolute trash. Paid in full the day of my visit 2 months later got a bill from a creditor for $28.00. I never saw a bill prior to that, no phone call or email. I called them and they claimed it was for additional services even though it was a routine doctors visit. Sounds like a mistake or fraud to me will never darken the door of that place again."

"I give er good review. The lab and x-ray team were also good. However after being admitted the ward was guestionable. Some of the people need to find a different career, and communication skills need to be worked on.There were some employees that are awesome, but the bad outway the good in this situation. I've been here afew times and will not return. This place went south after Amberwell took over. Follow up er visit and admission appointment time is unacceptable. Over 2 weeks! Billing department is horrible and they don't know how to file insurance claims and expect the patient to do their job's for them Beware of Billing at this facility. I've been trying to get a bill from before summer of 2022 taken care of and still they bill me. I have a couple of insurances for health care and the deductible was paid by me long before I ever went for care here. Seniors keep a close eye on your Billing with Amberwell health systems in this state."

"I've had nothing but good things to say really. I've been going there for few years now. I found a good doc. A PA but knows more than alot of docs. Found my heart problem,fix my kidney, and everyone has always been nice. Been in emergency room a couple times. I get that some people give a bad review, most of the time that's the only time some people review. If you have one bad experience don't think that is how it is."
