"I really didn’t want to give it a 1!!! I met my husband here as he brought in by paramedics. The waiting room was full, trash on the floor, feces in a corner, milk spilled on the table, it was despicable. They said it would be a 2 hour wait! One Dr. and lots of sick people! I said we could be home by then! We left AMA! I would not recommend this hospital!"

"This is the dirtiest, un-sanitary hospital i have ever seen. Once you are out of ICU for Pneumonia that my Brother got after Knee Replacement, you are out of luck. You cannot get any info on the patient, the nurses in the step down floor 4 are very loud and noisy, they have no regard for a sick person there trying to rest. No one has time to talk to you. The breakfast good comes right before lunch, my Brother needed help eating and his breakfast was still sitting there when lunch arrived. I am very disappointed in this hospital. Dont go in for knee replacement and end up in ICU on life support, pneumonia and kidney failure. Something is very wrong at this hospital and they need to be investigated."

"Absolutely Horrible. Do Not Go here unless you are actively dying. And even if you are, youll probably die in the waiting room. Waited from 7pm to 3am for practically nothing."

"I really liked the physician that I saw at this location. I highly recommend him. I have to admit that I was disappointed by the help or information center here. As I was needing to ask for directions as to which elevator to take to my physician’s office, but there was no one to ask and no information board. I ended up going up the wrong set of elevators and wandered there for a while before realizing I was on the wrong place. So I took the elevator down to the lobby and searched for another tower and elevators. When I left the building after my appointment, I walked out the wrong set of doors. Truly, I think that signage or information could have improved my experience. Mg physician and staff were excellent, but this area of information needs to improve."
