"Unfortunately I got bit by a cat at work and the cat bit my thumb and scratched my hand and I had to visit the ER because total access was closed. I am extremely disappointed with the treatment that I received and lack of compassion. The 2 people that I had (Nate and Kristine) were very rude and had horrible bedside manner. They basically looked at my hand and said it doesn’t look like any puncture wounds (i have one on my thumb that causes swelling) and that I would be fine. They cleaned my hand with what I believe was just water and the lady put gauze on my wounds and then handed me the rest of the bandage stuff and told me to basically bandage it myself. (Very unprofessional) I am happy I was not in critical condition because I am sure I would have been treated the same way. Hopefully they will lmprove on this. They didn’t prescribe any pain medication just an antibiotic so I hope my hand doesn’t get worse."

"They provided great service and explained things in laymen’s terms that I could understand.The food was very good in spite of the fact that I was on a restrictive diet. My problems were above the skill level they could provide here and the surgeon had me transferred to a major specialist for my problems which makes me think they have the patient well being in mind. I had a bleeding disorder a few years back from Cancer treatment, and they seemed to be the only ones that actually fixed the problem. You can’t lose with the sisters."
