"These guys are fantastic! Not only did we have a great experience when we bought our drip tray from them in 2019, but the support has been great. One of our rinsers finally called it quits after nearly 4 years in business (and 10s and 10s of thousands of pints). Even though the rinser was no longer in production, Kevin was able to find the piece we needed in an old drip tray that was laying around in storage and shipped it to us free of charge to get us back up and running.
