"My husband is disabled and has been forgetting some things here and there at home. Well he went in and prepaid $30 for gas and not being used to prepaying he proceeded to get in the van and pull away..He got down to the 4way stop and realized he didn't pump gas so he went back and told the store clerk what happened which was matter of few minutes and the female clerk told him too bad nothing she can do about it that someone else had already pumped from that gas pump..So my husband luckily had$13 to put in his close to empty tank to get home...He made it a point to not get gas anywhere else so when he went that way to high ridge from imperial he could fill it up...I was under the assumption that the reason you prepay is to be able to watch customers in a busy business..and there should of been something the clerk could of helped do for an elderly disabled man like..look on the cameras to see my husband wasn't lying to her but she was rude and the customer should of had more respect from the clerk or at least talked to him nicer....smh...what is this world really comming to no body cares about anyone anymore..."

"Disrespectful, asked to "see" my I.D for smokes than preceded to scan my I.D without my permission! I told her I don't want it scanned and prefer her not to. She than laughed at me and scanned it anyways! Last transaction they will get out of me. I will not return!"

"I've only been in the actual building once. 95% of the time I buy my gas from here. Clean, well lit, easy to get in and out. I pay at the pump. They also have rewards/point program available. Once you reach 100 points, you get 10 cents off next gas purchase up to 20 gallons. It is not necessary to have a Murphy USA credit card to participate in the program."

"my wife came home upset because the female behind the counter treated her with the utmost disrespect! I don't care what's going on in your life, in that position courtesy is important! this began because the outside card readers weren't functioning so she went inside to see the attendant, apparently this disturbed the attendants quiet time!:( I'm also going to follow up with an in person conversation with someone in upper management or ownership!"
