"I wouldn't take my dog to Landmark. I had to have my mom forcibly removed from the facility after they tried to kill her from neglect. 1. I called and begged the respiratory therapist at 11pm to save her life after waiting all day for the Pulmonologist to call (which they didn't). Thank god for the respiratory therapist. He saved her life. I begged him to give her a treatment that her primary care recommended. Where was the Pulmonologist? Why didn't they recommend that treatment? I'm not in health care and shouldn't have to offer suggestions for treatment ! 2. She would call me repeatedly telling me she couldn't breathe. I would call the front desk and it would take them over 40 minutes to make it to her room. During our weekly staff/family call the staff told me she was calling me for attention. Turns our her call button didn't work for eight days. Could you imagine gasping for air and no one coming to your aid? 3. The first night my mom was in the facility, her assigned nurse informed me they don't have the time to give me information about her status. That is 100% unacceptable! 4. I begged to have her transferred. They had the nerve to call and try to convince me to keep her there after they let her sit in respiratory failure for eight days. The staff indicated they would help facilitate the transfer but they just blew me off. At that point, my family and I decided to call an ambulance and have her forcibly removed and sent to St. Francis in Tulsa. They are a joke. Unless you're trying to 86 your mother in law, I would stay away at all costs. Never trust your love one's care to these people."
"I do greatly appreciate what you do. (Jim, my cleaning person) Who would want to be in a hospital and in a dirty room. If it wasn't for house keeping people , this would not be a safe place to be in. Your line of work is so underrated, but has the biggest impact. You maybe "low man" on totem pole, but if no low man to stand on, the pole falls over and falls a part. Like a good root system on a tree, you gotta have support. So, in the end Thank you and your co workers."
"Outstanding care and compassion for my 78 year old mother who was involved in a serious car accident. Great PT and OT staff. Doctors on staff are very thorough and take time to visit. Social services are very helpful getting patients placed in the next step of recovery. Attitudes are great from the doctors all the way to the janitors. Highly recommended."
"Was a bad experience. Was constantly cold, husband had to brink blanket up so I could keep warm. Laid in bed so long I got nerve pain in my leg. Food was the same every day except last day. Nurses are only thing that was good, ."
"Superb doctors. Very good nurses. Good care, good food. A very uplifting experience for the family to see. Husband had been in another hospital in ICU for almost 3 weeks. Here in Landmark they got him in so much better health and ready to go to a rehab in just over 2 weeks. We were impressed. They work really well with the family. This was in March of 2018."
