"Nice place to bowl, customer service on the night of my visit was unfortunate. Right off the bat we had to wait to be assigned a lane by some other kid (who was actively helping other people) because I guess the girl already at the desk just didn’t want to. Paying at the end of the night was also a game of roulette and “Ronny” won, because he knowingly walked off just in time to not have to cash us out. I understand employees have rough days, but to feel like a burden when getting waited on made for an unpleasant time."

"everyone with the exception of the lady running the food bar has been astronomical i just felt very strongly to write this review as us 4 and 5 others at food bar where speaking of her utter rudeness. there genuinely is 0 explanation to the rudeness but us and everyone at the food bar agreed very strongly she clearly does not want to be working here! i never feel the need to write reviews but i was baffled! as she saw me writing this her whole mood changed!!"
