His personal experiences and perspective are a much-needed reminder of how great America is. Didn’t know he had a PhD, and his law of laughter is a valuable life lesson. He is so personable, signing autographs and taking photos with guests. GO SEE THIS SHOW!"

"While I can’t comment on the Yakov show at his theater due to storm repairs, his show at the Dutton Theatre was above and beyond my expectations. I have seen some of him on tv shows and such but this was a tailored show that was extremely funny and tugged at your heart as well. He is a down-to-earth performer that interacts with his audience. His message and experiences with coming from Russia to becoming a U.S. citizen are witty, and, his comedy is so clean and family friendly. I would really recommend his show!!"

"Yakov's Theater is well maintained yet still shows it's age. At one time this theater drew a large enough crowd to require five levels of parking. Now it barely fills one, leaving the other levels to be overgrown with grass and trees. Yakov's comedy is a lot like his theater. It has aged well, but is still old school. And for most of the audience that was there it worked. For me comedians are a lot like alcohol. Some are hard and edgy, some are refined and sophisticated, others are fruity. You have to find the one you like and occasionally try another to either see if your tastes have changed or not. Yakov is not my type of comedy."

"Great show, I didn't recognized him until my wife pointed out who he was. We enjoyed his show very much and him being very patriotic and loving our great country made it even better. If you are in Branson I highly recommend his show, lots of comedians are crude and uses a bit of profanity in their act but Yakov keeps his show very clean so you can bring kids to his show."
