"Review by Kent Weaver It's Killjoy again. I'm back at Promise. Suffering from an insufferably bad attitude and my chronically awful jokes. I'm recovering well here and receiving excellent care. Everyone displays Splendid professionalism at Promise. I'll introduce you to a few quite interesting characters that I've met here. Keith is sharp witted and fun. Truly he excells at his medical work. Oddly though, he's exceptionally generous with the ice cream. That is to his lactose intolerant patient here. Just a innocent prank right Keith? You rascal you. Rockin Robin is like a vigilant mother bird to her patients. She calls us "Kiddos". No one seems to know, though, who the Father is. Zita easily won the title of "Nurse Fabulous". I can't say though, that she came by her skills honestly. Legend has it that she lured Florence Nightingale out back by the dumpsters with a jelly doughnut. Once out of sight she knocked poor Flo in the head and robbed her of her nursing expertise. She's kept it ever since. I don't care if other people call you "Nurse Zita". To me you'll always be Fabulous. Gotta love these people! Kent Weaver"

"Dr. Martha LAPIETRA, IS AWFUL! She had a nurse, GIVE MY SON EXTRA MEDS, when they were SHORT STAFFED, to keep him from pulling on his ventilator. It MADE HIM ZOMBIE-LIKE. MY SON PASSED AWAY SHORTLY AFTER THAT! Unfortunately, this is the closest ventilator facility. He went in, with a “PROMISE” from “BETH” HEAD NURSE, AT THE TIME. She’s AWFUL as well. BETH, promised to treat my son with respect, and he got COMPLETE DISRESPECT! There were a FEW GOOD STAFF MEMBERS. STAFF MAY HAVE CHANGED since 2021. They should be shut down. I’m making a formal complaint."

"KPC Promise has been one of the best L-TAC hospitals I've ever been to. From the higher ups to the lunch crew, everyone is in your corner for you to get better. I will say, before my first hospital visit with them, I looked KPC up and read the reviews....ALL of them and what I had read, made me real nervous about coming here. But I gave them a chance, because you can't always believe what you read and Logan, she really sold it to me. One review that stuck out to me was something bad on having a colostomy and that they didnt know how to take care of one. Thats very concerning for me as I have one, but that was not the case. The nurses and cna's here are really caring, nurturing and personable. I've only had maybe 1 or 2 that I wasn't too fond of and that goes for both of my stays here now as this has been my 2nd stay. I have a few bed sores on my bottom that keeps me being a "frequent flyer" in and out of hospitals. Out of the ones I have been to, KPC Promise hands down is where I will continue to want to go when need be. They make it their mission to make you feel comfortable, heard, and rest assured that they will take the very best care of you while your here. I even sometimes forget I'm in the hospital as to how well I've been treated. Hopefully this helps someone who is having to make a decision on where to go a little at ease. I will continue to chose KPC Promise for my care over the other L-TACs"
