"The play was of professional quality. I loved being there and loved the live orchestra and the singing and dancing. It was an awesome experience. The only issue was parking, it was not good. But managed."
"We saw the presentation of the musical "Funny Girl". It was very good for having to put it into the line of plays at the very last minute. They normally have a great deal of time but a play had been cancelled, so "Funny Girl" was rushed into production and they did an AWESOME job doing so. Hats off to the actors and actresses for being awesome!"
"First time at the Joplin Little Theatre, had a great time. We were very impressed at the play Driving Miss Daisy. Especially after learning that it was the first play for the man who played the character Hoke. He did so good. The play was enjoyable, the theatre was clean and the seats were comfortable. The sound could have been a little louder, it was difficult to hear the dialog at times. But we had a great evening. Thank you Joplin Little Theatre"
"It is a nice space, voices project very well, as does the photographer's camera sporadically clattering away through over half of a recent performance I attended, who was positioned right at the very back of the theater (so as to ensure optimum noise projection), who was seemingly given license to do so from staff, based on the brief conversation they had DURING THE PERFORMANCE?!?! This continued, right up until I had to get up, and go ask if the distraction should be expected through the remainder of the performance... How absolutely rude, disheartening, and unprofessional. This glad handing, and photography could very easily happen during dress rehearsal, or perhaps the after party."
"Loved the Stalag 17 play Sat night. We always enjoy going to plays at Joplin Little Theatre. This one was by far, one of our favorites."
