"I really enjoy the store side, and so happy to have one in Centerton to avoid the Bentonville traffic. The pharmacy side is what made me give 3 stars. A tech argued with me repeatedly over the phone that I was wrong and that my son’s medication was a generic for a totally different medication. (This is after she first told me he didn’t actually have any medicine there…). After asking her to confirm, she claimed the pharmacist also said it was this medication. It wasn’t until I had to drive there and show them the bottle (which states the generic name and what it’s a generic to) that they finally stopped trying to convince me my son was on a different medication. Hopefully this was a one off, but it’s worrisome when the people filling your meds can be so confidently wrong."
