Meadowbrook Park

"A Diverse Oasis! Kiting, pickleball courts, several playgrounds including a musical one and lots of art Anne walking/biking trails. There is a 13 and over outdoor fitness equipment area on the south side that gets Great shade in the afternoon, not so much in the morning. Ample parking within steps of the equipment: 2 ADA Accessible + 21 standard parking spots in the lot on this end (south entrance) plus 11 parallel spots on the side street adjacent. Water fountains: filtered bottle filler, high, low and doggie slurps directly next to this section. Bathrooms are a short walk toward the main building. Shelter #2 is on this side, has 8 picnic tables and one grill."

"Good size park,about 2 miles around the perimeter. It has nice walking paths, ponds, and a community center. Very good playgrounds for the kiddos. Overall a good family party."

"Very nice but no communication board or fence for children with learning disabilities. Nice picnic areas with gas bbq grills and fire pits available to rent. There are tennis courts and bikes to rent from bike kc. Great location near 103rd street and ample parking. New equipment with signs to know what is age appropriate. Bathroom was very nice at the clubhouse with changing tables and an infant seat for a mother to do her business without worry."

"This was an amazing park when they put it in new a few years back, but unfortunately, some of the equipment and the turf has come into disrepair. This isn't unexpected, though... It is VERY popular with the children! We still love it and continue to visit."

"Great park. Lots to do. Usually VERY busy, nearly any time during the day. Lots of amenities to check out. Great place to walk on paved trails. Wheelchair accessible, nearly everywhere."
