"I sent my medical documents to the National Benefits Center in January, and today, I have just been approved for my green card. Thank you, Lord. If your case is not moving, please ask your congressman for help. USCIS replies to lawmakers first. There are moments when the lawyer you pay does not help you because he has thousands of cases. Check your cases and ask for case requests through USCIS before the next president. Good luck everyone"
"Is there a reason some people's application gets approved faster than others? I see people getting approved within 100 days or less after they've applied. I've been waiting 456 days to be exact and the only thing I've gotten is my work authorization permit 90 days ago (even though I'm greatful), and that is after i reached out to the congressman's office to contact these people to find out why my case is not being processed. People are getting approved literally a full year after they've applied while others have been diligently waiting for years (LITERALLY YEARS) C'mon now."
"This office is wonderful. I just have to thank God and you guys. My green card application was approved with 141 days in total. They received my application on July 24, 2023 and approved it today, December 12. I don't even know what to say, just thank you very much. I’m so happy!!! ❤️❤️"
"Horrible!! Waiting over 18 months for a work authorization. This entire process and experience is inhumane and has caused nothing but stress and depression. Filed multiple expedite requests which have been ignore. Filed the last one through congressman April 10 and every month since the only response I keep getting is that it is being reviewed by an officer but delayed due to workload factors not related to my case. I cannot understand if there is no issue and the problem is not with my case, how is an expedite being reviewed over 5 months?? Why accept the expedite request and then do absolutely nothing but ignore it? Every single person I know that has filed since 2023 have been approved. I guess the “workload” does not affect them. Smh."
