"I took a leather purse that had a small tear in the lining, when I picked it up and it looked so bad he had ruined the purse, he used white thread on black material and it wasn't even flat, all bunched up.When brought to his attention he said it was a cheap vinyl bag and not to come back. I don't take time to type up a review unless I receive wonderful service somewhere, just be sure and don't take a purse to him, he may do fine with shoes, but I'll never know!"

We quit sending the boots to get the free fix from the brand because it always comes back looking like a 4yr old did it. And out of all the cobblers in the country this guy did the best so far! His price was fair and he was super quick! Just take your shoes here. You won't be disappointed."

"Had my mountaineering boots resold and the rubber rand "replaced". The replacement Rand is already peeling off and so is the outsole. Never seen an outsole peel off. Overpriced and not worth he work."
