"Took my dad out for lunch today. Our Enchiladas/rice/beans plate was lukewarm. The enchilada sauce tasted like tomato paste. Service was slow. They charged us $12.99 for one plate and $5 for the other...we each had the same thing...weird. The waitress who took our order had said we would be getting the $6.50 special. She said "you can get it anytime""

"Decent Mexican food. I mean it's pretty much the same offerings as every other Mexican restaurant in town,but Nopes is consistently..decent. Salsa is kinda meh,but better than some in town. I enjoyed the Steak Nopalitos I had and it was cooked to temperature correctly"
"The reviews here where mixed. I ordered the lunch taco salad with chicken. It consisted just shredded chicken a little cheese and maybe 5 chopped tomatoes. No lettuce. Sour cream. Very bland. The hot sauce was very good. 2 stars because of the water down taco salad nothing fresh here."
