"If I could give a 0 I would. I took my truck in to be serviced but they couldn’t find out what was wrong with it. Due to them not finding out what was wrong, they wanted to charge me almost $100 for looking at it. The vehicle has less than 36,000 and covered bumper to bumper. I was treated like I was a stupid female and didn’t know how to operate my vehicle that I have been driving for 2 years (and other ford vehicles for 30 years)."
"Was lied to by Joe the salesman. Bought a car that had a faulty key and convinced me it was just the battery. So I changed the battery and still doesn’t work. Contacted them and they acted like they were going to take care of it even had me drive the car back out there. A hour from my home so I could watch him push the button and blow the fob out with canned air. Waste of time. I hear nothing for several days so I call them. Then he tells me he doesn’t have to replace the key and he can tell me to F off if he wanted to because I already signed the papers and proceeded to run his mouth to me. The worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I was told the other sales person had a gambling problem also. Wasn’t sure why that was any of my business or why he was telling me that. Highly unprofessional."
