"I worked at the Columbia Mall Express Factory for a year and a half and I’ve never had a problem with management, and we have always had a good work environment. The new manager at Express is very unprofessional and can’t be trusted. She fired me without reason, without notice, and without a warning. She likes to talk about people behind their backs to other employees and will not tell you to your face when she has a problem with you. I have always been a good worker there, my co workers and past manager can second that. I don’t recommend anyone work there under this new manager. It is a very toxic work environment."

"In the last week, I have been to this store a total of 2x. I was preparing for an upcoming holiday party and per my partners' request, to "not wear boot cut- anything," - I gave Express a shot. The Store Manager, Mr. Brandon, did an excellent job in ensuring that the clothes I picked up were flattering - but not too tight. His patience with my questions, and helping me with colors that matched- as well as trying on different items - exceeded my expectations. It is very clear he and his staff are confident with the services they are providing and truly put the customer at the center of their experience. 12/10 would recommend this Express Store!"
