"When we first entered the door we were met by Madison. She did not rush out from behind her desk in attack mode, instead, she stood up and greeted us pleasantly. She made the entire experience very relaxed and enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable about the mattresses, and after listening to what we wanted, presented us with different options. We picked one that we liked and then went to compare prices at other stores. Upon returning, she was not condescending in the fact that we had returned. She helped us filled out the paperwork in a very professional manner.
