"Residence Inn by Marriott Branson Excellent location in a suite style. We have stayed here several times. Breakfast was good. The area could have kept cleaner. Staff at the front desk- excellent - polite and helpful. Facility has handicap accessibility and handicap parking. The facility was well lit. The rooms were good but certainly could have been cleaner top to bottom."

"The room was good although it was missing the following: Suitcase rack Ice maker, or at the very least ice cube trays. However, the front desk will provide a gallon baggie of ice upon request after waiting in line for guests to check-in/check out. I have stayed at a many Marriott properties which all had guest access to Ice Machines without waiting in lines."

"My work fe wants to say the bed was to hard. I like a firm bed but she hated it. Staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their face. It is a bit off the main road and I liked it but not sure my wife cared for it. Overall I did enjoy the time. Only thing I would recommend heat the Jacuzzi more and maybe have menu for the breakfast so people can see it better."

"Very nice room. We have the 1 bedroom studio with king bed and sofa bed. Nice to have door between bedroom and sofa bed area. Small kitchen is a plus. Bath is nice as it has a walk in shower instead of a tub. Great location."

"Sorry to have to write this but it’s an honest review. Check In was ok the front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the rooms are another story. Upon getting to our rooms, my kids were itchy and we checked out the room and found some bed bugs in the room on the mattresses. The place is a bit dated and the pool was closed. Please address the bed bug issue and not just the one room because if there’s bed bugs in one room you can almost certainly be sure there are some in the other rooms. I truly hope they get this resolved but we will not be staying at the location ever again."
