Super 8 by Wyndham Branson/Andy Williams Theatre 2490 Green Mountain Drive, Branson, MO 65616

"I stayed there February 3rd 2024 they did not even have a blanket on the bed I had to ask for one they do not have bars of soap they have some liquid dispensers in the shower the toilet paper was out the floor was disgusting.. to save money they're having guest ask for a blanket to save on detergent and money acting like they for got to put a blanket in February on the bed when asked if I could get an extra pillow they wanted to charge me money as well as charge me additional money for towels it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had I would never use a Super 8 again after that experience.. also was the offseason did not get a military discount and could not get any improvements on the room."

"Great location right off the strip front desk provided great customer service clean rooms. Front desk was very helpful in mind accommodate any need. The hotel staff is very friendly and hospitable I would recommend this place to anyone ! rooms are cozy staff is warm and very helpful they went above and beyond for me very quiet rooms"

"I will never stay at a single Wyndham run hotel ever again. The accommodations in the hotel are lackluster at best and the manager at the customer service desk was the rudest person I’ve ever met. He lied about company policy (which I researched) and told me to pay tons of extra money because I was sleeping 2 people in a bed instead of 1 person per bed. When my family showed him the booking and showed what we paid for, he threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave. Don’t stay here, not even for a single night. Worst hotel on the planet"

"We woke up and went to make coffee and there was a used coffee pod inside. Obviously was not cleaned. Also there was no sugar which normally is in a plastic pouch with a stir stick and creamer. Theresa came up and removed and cleaned our coffee pot. Than when we attempted to brew , the gfi was bad and we had to move the coffee pot to a different plug. This definitely takes from our experience as we don't like to step out of the room until we have coffee...in our room ! I left my room 3x before I drank my coffee. Motel/hotel managers need to make sure people don't have this type of experience, even though they made it right, it still changed our routine. Hopefully this review will serve as a tool to help this place better people's experience."

"Rooms are on the small side. So kind of crowded. Beds are hard. Noisy. Uncomfortable. We needed extra towels and got questioned rudely on how many people we had in our room. We had 4 females. Who use 2 towels each. And 2 of the towels we got, had stains. One of which looked to be blood stains. Gross. Breakfast was better than expected, instead of bagels and muffins. They had biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage. So that was nice. Not my first time in a super 8. Others were much better than this one. Would highly suggest the hotel put bigger trash cans in the rooms."
