"The rep from Aramark came in and made us try on dirty clothes with stains and debris on them to determine what sizes fit best. He didn't bring many of the usual sizes such as xl and xxl. We were made to try on pants for waist fitting and then we were asked what length we needed. Mine arrived...all 12 pair of paints all 2" too long (I am short and wear a 28") with about half of the pants that had stitching incomplete or just coming out. A huge unorganized, unclean mess. They could have at least gave us clean garments to try on. It was disgusting. When we complained about the clothes being dirty and smelly we were told to just try them on anyway. The shirt collars arrived all weird and floppy. This one is hard to explain. It was like the collar was a tube shaped fabric that was sewn into something that resembled the shape of a collar but wasn't the shape of a shirt collar. They laid very oddly on the shirt even when buttoned up to the first and second buttons. Maybe it was bad ironing on Aramark's part but it seems like a mistake in manufacturing. Then I wear my shirts for the first time. When I go to take it off there are so many strings in the button holes that even after unbuttoning I couldn't remove my shirt as there were so many loose strings that I ended up having to clip to get the shirt off. The material is very thin and after wearing my shirt one time for 8 hrs the cloth had started pilling (form small balls of fluff on its surface). The patches both our official City patch with seal and the name patch had many nylon threads hanging off so we had to trim those. Not happy with what was tossed at us. 12 pairs of pants and I can't wear any of them. 13 shirts that will have to be sent back due to the name badge mistake. It is important for citizens to only have our last names and badge numbers. Aramark decided on their own to place our first names on the uniforms. At no time did our company ask for names to be on the uniforms. Not only do we look like mechanics or janitors (both really amazing careers) but citizens may now look us up on any people tracking site like White pages and get any and all information regarding our addresses and phone numbers and associated people. THIS is very unsafe not only for us but our families."

"Do not use this company. They will raise your rates by adding more products you do not need or even use. Plus they tried to state they can automatically renew a contract for 3 years unless they are informed in writing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Crownlinen.com is a much better company."

"If you are looking for an Uniform Service company, do yourself a favor and keep looking. Aramark is not your answer. The uniforms come mis-matched or missing, invoices sometimes double if you do not pay attention, and the only way to address issues is through your regional manager - who is beyond unqualified for his/her job. The small print contract is enough to lock you in for years of non stop headache."

"Ray Renshaw (Account Executive) came into my work to show my boss some examples. I worked at a body shop with just men, he went out of his way to show me their pink zipper line for ladies. Mid conversation he said OH! I have something for you, I’m glad your here because I don’t think I could give these to the men working here. He handed me some oven mits and cookie cutters from the dollar store with his business card attached. Like what? Why wouldn’t the men I work with be less interested in these than me? I’m surely not because my husband does the cooking at my house! Seems like a very sexist company. Glad my boss decided to stick with our current uniform company!"

"In the last few months the uniforms have been a disgrace to wear badly wrinkled not properly cleaned patches ripped off or torn. After complaining for 2 months I told the manager Steve Baum I was done and had enough he said he would get lawyers to make me continue service!!! Can you believe that!!! I would only recommend them to my competition!!! So they could look as bad as we do in our Aramark uniforms!!!"
