"Food was good but portions were not too small. First was told tortillas were free but then charged for it. Ordered the same thing a second time and then charged $4 more. Communication isn’t going right in there. But food was good. Only cops got a discount and military discount was not a thing here."

"I ordered a bowl and it is a little over a 1/3 full. The manager told me that's all I get because I didn't order rice and lettuce. So I will not be eating there ever again."

"Food is okay and has lot of room to improve, but I honestly feel the staff has to learn how to behave with customers and know how to wrap a burrito and know how to pack food in Togo bags. We went there and ordered burrito and bowls at 8.30 pm. First thing we observed is there is a guy who saw us entering and shouted something to the rest of the staff which was not audible to us but rest of the staff started staring at us for couple of seconds. It looked like they are not happy seeing a customer coming in. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming though we didn’t heard properly what he spoke but it felt he spoke something about us. Secondly, the same guy was at the billing counter and the way he pushed the bag toward me after I paid my bill is not good. It’s like he is trying to throw the bag towards me but I picked it somehow. The gesture is disgusting and I could see how much of an unworthy person he is who could be at a billing counter. The treatment is not good and definitely I would not see these guys or visit the place again. Thirdly, the packing of food is really disgusting. The lady who packed the bowls and burrito really was not sure how to pack them. When we reached home and checked, there is leak of all the fluids from the bowls and the paper bag was damaged and if not observed on time, the bowls would have fallen out. It is totally a disgusting experience. It felt like the staff has no idea how to treat customers with respect and behave and they should know that we are paying for that food and it is not free and they are not doing a free service to the humanity."

"Takeout-We ordered several carne asada dishes one came to us with chicken, they corrected it since we caught it before we left. The also left off toppings and we paid for double meat on one and didn’t look like double. The portion size on their supposedly large Queso and chips pictured is ridiculously small compared to other restaurants and they charge $8. The Queso was also inedible and didn’t even taste like cheese at all we wouldn’t even let our dogs have it so trash it went. I was going to give middle star review but the taste of the cheese dip pulled it down to 1. We will not be going back to chipotle and sticking with our local Mexican restaurants who know what a real portion size should be."

"Poor Service and Always out of stock. I ordered a Chicken Rice Bowl to-go. They were out of Al Pastor Chicken. They did not have the Veggies(Fajitas) and they did not have the Pico salad. This is the fifth time this has happened. Once you stand in line, you are obliged to buy from them. Save yourself time and get food from some place reliable."
