"Rooms were ok at most but the cleanliness off this property and rooms could have been better and I believe bed to have bedbugs woke up out of sleep with mosquito like bumps in clusters on my arm and wife arm I’m highly disappointed I came here previously and saw better ."

"Great front desk staff, but that's basically the only redeeming quality. The room was the dirtiest we've ever seen. Cap'n crunch, bits of plastic, and a toy under one bed, and some kind of lip gloss wrapped in Kleenex along with some wire under another. There was even a half-inflated balloon in the closet and wrappers on the bathroom floor. We asked for a vacuum and the vacuum didn't suck anything up. There was also a floor outlet cover missing, leaving a 3-inch hole under the coffee table. In order to protect our dogs, we were going to leave. The person at the front-desk did accommodate us to a larger multilevel room, but had me check it for approval. The new unit was better, but I still found sunflower seed husks under the couch upstairs and downstairs, along with 3-4 nerf darts throughout the unit and a penny. The TV had to be unplugged because it was stuck on upon arrival and no remote worked. The thermostat had a broken temperature selector. There was possible dog poop residue on the kitchen floor and food residue on the counter. My partner checked the sheets and said they seemed dirty, and that they were flipped as though they were reused between washing. The fans in both bathrooms were old and noisy. Finally, when I used the upstairs bathroom, there was a significant amount of half-dried urine between the seat and the bowl. This is the first "hotel" stay where I slept in my clothes and didn't shower the following morning. We didn't even ask about breakfast before checking out. It looks like they are trying to update the place - I hope they do- but there is no excuse for a dirty room."

"The suite was a joke, the pictures online is a joke, the place is run down. We was upstairs, the flooring needs to be replaced. We found dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dirty towels under the sink in the bathroom. The curtains, and all the furniture needs to be thrown away or burned. The heaters wasn't working. We froze our butts off. Even the office didn't have heat. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT GO HERE!"

"We stayed there on 9/5/23. Stated 1 king bed, 2 full. We arrived at 11:00 and got to the room. Very disappointing. King bed clean and made up. 1 Murphy fell bed had a mattress laying on the floor with a dirty fitted sheet. The other bed was a couch and no bedding for either bed. This was so bad that I wouldn’t sleep in there. I slept in the car. Disgusting, dirty and very poor setting to walk in for a $100 a night. I wouldn’t even let my dogs sleep in there. King bed springs were pushing thru the bed and they had a tv in the room but no service. Bottom line we did not sleep well and the service did bring us bedding in a big bag for us to make up. This was not set up for 3 people and I would not recommend ever staying in a dump."
