"We did “Saving Christmas” and it was so fun and colorful. Our game host, Allysia, was so cheerful and happy to help us if we needed. She also was stoked for us when we got out. We felt like kindergartens when they recite the alphabet for the first time. The clues were a good mix of simple to figure out and more difficult and they had a wide variety of hints and puzzles to solve. It was the most unique and diverse set of puzzles and hints and was all around super fun. There were loud sounds that were unexpected (like a box popping open) that startled me, which wasn’t a problem I just state is as a caution for others. I also think some of the clues we were close to solving but got a hint from the game host after only a couple minutes not getting it right. I wish we had a little more time to try before getting the answer, but then again we only got out with like 4 minutes to spare so it was needed and appreciated."

"I tried an experiment this year and chose to replace a couple of the Christmas gifts, with an experience instead. I am so glad that I did! We had so much fun as a family trying to solve all the puzzles and the escape room. We were on the last puzzle in time ran out! It was so close! But this place is awesome! Staff is courteous, friendly and willing to answer any questions that we had. I am definitely going to do something like this again in the future! If not here then someplace else. But I can absolutely suggest this place is an experience for your family! Very well done indeed! Will be back!"

"We did two rooms today. I have done over 100 rooms. I am from SoCal where it’s very popular! The presentation of the rooms is amazing! I was very disappointed in the Aura Rising room. Always up for a good challenge. I would, however, NEVER recommend this room. Many of the clues are vague and unclear. Any room where you need AT LEAST 15 mins left in order to solve the last clue is a room not meant for success. Which what fun is that? I give a good rating because the game master was super kind and helpful."

"Escape Joplin is the best! The rooms are well-designed and challenging, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. You'll have a blast trying to escape from "Blackbeard's End" or "Aura Rising" especially. Highly recommend Escape Joplin to anyone looking for a fun and challenging activity to do with friends or family!"
