"Came in to return item. Offered coinage to get just the dollar amount back and was told yeah...it's just really weird...we can't do that...I get that your cash drawer has a specific counting system but it doesn't matter if you have four quarters or a dollar. Yes, I know this is such a minimal thing to criticize but it just doesn't make sense. Dressing rooms are closed (understandable). Very clean store. Nice staff."

Complications arose and my friend went to pick them up for me. They couldn’t find my clothes with my name, and then they found some of them, like only a fourth of my stuff was there."
