"Not even a week ago I came in here and purchased not only a torch, but also at cigars and a pack of cigarettes, as well as a pipe with my expired ID and my liquor license because my birthday is still the same today I came in and was denied because my ID is expired I think that’s poor customer service specially, considering that I was allowed to do it last time and I would just like you guys to know that for somebody who spends hundreds of dollars here every week I’ll never be coming back and the owner man or the manager whatever he has it inside has a nasty customer service. I’m not sure who to tie him how to talk to people but that’s not how you do it."

"I walked in wearing a mask and gloves for the safety of myself and the other customer who was there at the time as well as the woman working the register. I was stopped after walking in and forced to pull down my mask for their security camera even though all I had done was walk inside posing no threat. So I exposed my face the other customer and anyone who may have come in afterwards to any virus I may be carrying as well as anything that may have been carried in before I arrived. I understand that in normal times someone walking in with a mask and gloves would be alarming but these are anything but normal times. I believe in voting with your dollars and certainly will not ever set foot in there. I was trying to support a small business in my local community and instead was forced to put three different people at risk. I urge people to avoid this place and will be reporting this incident to 311 tomorrow ."
