Ozarka Lodge Eureka Springs

"Stayed five nights in this fine establishment. It’s close to everything. The room was clean, had all the amenities I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Next time I’m in Eureka Springs, the Ozarka Lodge is where I’ll be staying. John H."

"Horrible experience. Very rude woman got very upset with my husband when he told her that he wanted to book online. She then made him fill out a pink slip type form and afterwards told him that she would charge him for the room again. When he questioned her she cursed him and yelled at us that she will still charge us for the room even though we NEVER go it."

"Motel only Worth $50. Room was clean but dated! Motel is sitting in the 70s era. Only updates in room are granite, and bathtub and main lobby. Motel needs remodeling. Room had door facing front and back. Wi-Fi only worked at front desk not in rooms. Waffles only Hot item for breakfast. Other things are oatmeal, bagels, packaged muffins and honeybuns. Several safety hazards. Back door in room had huge gap and light and air coming through. Had to use my blanket to block the air coming in the room. Toilet barely flushed and had to hold down handle and when it did flush sounded like gurgling water. Ozarka lodge Changed franchise and no longer provide complimentary tolietries. I would stay somewhere else!"

"The staff is wonderful and friendly! I have stayed here several times and they always make me feel comfortable and welcomed. Very clean and nice rooms with no odor. I have only stayed in the jacuzzi rooms, which are wonderful! Love the view from the back poach and relaxing in one of the gliders. I recommend this lodge to everybody going to Eureka Springs."
